By accessing the site and our stream, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

2. Music Licensing & Copyright Disclaimer RetroRock Radio is an internet radio broadcaster. We do not own the copyright to the musical compositions or sound recordings streamed on this station. All musical content is the property of the respective artists, record labels, and publishers.

1. Eligibility Unless otherwise stated, contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RetroRock Radio and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. General Rules

• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

• Prize Fulfillment: RetroRock Radio is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Station.

• Publicity: By participating, you grant RetroRock Radio permission to use your name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

3. Specific Contest Rules Individual contests (e.g., “New Brew” giveaways) may have specific rules posted at the time of the event. In the event of a conflict between these General Contest Rules and the specific rules of a contest, the specific rules shall control.
